HOW TO BOOK

Follow the step-by-step guide on how to book your tickets for Ce Soir - if you have any questions call us on 020 7836 1033.

1. To provisionally hold your places Give us a call on 020 7836 1033 to check availability.
2. To confirm your places Within 10 days of provisionally booking your places, please complete the enclosed tear-out booking form and send this to us together with a £15 Inc VAT deposit per person. On receipt of this booking form and payment your booking will be confirmed and an invoice sent to you.
3. Final Payment A balance invoice will be sent out 12 weeks prior to your party date. The balance must be received by the date stated on the invoice (8 weeks prior to your party date).
4. Menu and Drinks Pre-order Please complete the enclosed menu and drinks pre-order form at least 4 weeks prior to your party date, along with payment for any pre-ordered beverages. We regret we are unable to guarantee any special dietary requirements received less than 10 days prior to the event. Please note, invoices for beverage pre-orders will only be sent on request.
5. Tickets, Vouchers and Wristbands Tickets, pre-ordered drinks vouchers & pre-ordered drinks package wristbands, will be sent out 2-3 weeks prior to the party date, once the final balance has been received.
